I lived in the broadmoor for a few years. In that time, the crime increased substantially. There were break-ins ,car thefts, robberies-even an attempted rape! The apartments are small and overprice considering it is located in the ghetto. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The neighbors were noisy and if you complained the staff did nothing. They put a security staff in but all the guards did was hang out at peoples house and chat with them.
