Friendly staff, good at handling insurance, and pleasant doc who is knowledgeable and proactive.

Worst

Decent prices with insurance. Great Hygenist. Not long of a wait to get in and see someone. Open of saturdays. Cons: rude staff

Clients Beware 5/4/2013

Never in my life have I had such dangerous dental care. I am disabled. Told the office I just had a epidural injection in my neck. This is done by an anesthesiologist. I also have two heart conditions and hypertension. The dental tech and TC the dentist put the dental chair down and up so quickly I hurt my back and neck very badly. They could care less. The dentist held open my mouth so hard on the sides that,it too is painful. I was in a short time before and the dental assistant jammed in the xray device in my mouth. Prior to all this I lost a tooth. I had a very important engagement to go to. I was fit with a flipper. It was very poorly made and didn`t fit. Then that dentist wanted me to pay an additional $200.00 for a refit. I had already paid ? $750.00 to get this device. Clients beware!! more

Not so great 4/5/2013

They were nice and eager to earn my business, but then the service just went down hill. Two days to get a call back and they would argue about how much pain I was in and not prescribe me anything after a Root Canal!!!! Good luck if you have any issues because they onlt have a Orthodontist there 1 day a week!!!! more

Everyone was helpful, informative, and appeared to really care about my dental health. They took the time to make sure I understood my treatment plan. I have already told several friends that I have a great dentist and if they are looking for somewhere to go, Bright now would be a good place.\r more

Horrible 4/3/2012

I had a very horrible time at BrightNow dental, the orthodontist was never there except for Tuesdays, I would always ask for a estimated time for when I had to have my appliance taken off, but they said times way off. Do not spend your time wasted here. more

THE BEST!!! 2/6/2012

Highly recommend Dr. Lamont Murdoch for any dentistry work. Excellent work! He is a master at giving the novacaine shots...which makes a huge difference in reducing any discomfort or pain. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Quick and efficient staff. more
