Unwilling to compensate when they mis-ordered 4/17/2008

I was excited to go to Bridal and Formal as they have the largest supply of bridal gowns in the area. However, they mis-ordered my bridal gown that I ordered 8 months early. They put in the wrong length when they ordered and ordered me the longest length possible instead of the shortest. However, it came in with over 5 months to spare, so I wasn't too worried. Excellent selection. This is a shop where you can find great, great deals and the staff will work with you on the price. However due to the large number of choices I felt overwhelmed at times. And on the weekends it can be so busy that one on one service is harder to achieve than if you go on the weekday. more
