the worst place! retard tried selling me stuff i did not even need it took 5hrs to do brakes on the front of my car.he was to busy talking to his friends.the whole time i was there only 2 cars got done..... more

I would not even give this place one star if possible. I HIGHLY recommend to stay far away from this business. They totalled my car and still have yet to pay me for it. They were 200% at fault! This was even proven in court. If you cherish your vehicle like I did I would not trust these people at all!! I wasn't even a paying customer and they did this to me. All I wanted was an inspection on my car and ended up leaving the shop without my car! Over a year later I have yet to receive any compensation what so ever for what they did. more

Do not believe positive ratings for these scu- bags. They over charged me after advertising with $88 special deal which ended up charging me over $700 with whole new brake system which they didn't do and installed left side on right side and vise versa found out by Beaverton Honda. scratch & ruin your wheel!! 8/24/2011

I went there to get my brake pad replaced. they estimated it will be 2 hour job, when I returned it was not done until 6 hours later. even worse, they scratched my wheel alloys. The store manager; Jeff; acknowledged and admitted the damage they caused. He told me to come back the following week after he get approval from his regional manager for the repair of the wheel. From that point, he just wont accept my phone call. I escalated to customer service; Angela. Same thing. NO result! I reported to BBB Oregon and they admitted the damage they caused and promised to repair my wheel but they never delivers. BBB Oregon repeatedly reminded Brake team to follow through but no result. BBB Oregon finally put ""NEGATIVE"" rating for this business. more

They saved the day! 5/4/2011

I needed a front brake job which was performed at a great price and if there was any problems, they would back up their work, for free. I did not realize how bad the rear brakes were so had I not been an honest inspection, I could have been in an accident, thus the Brake Team 'saved my day'. Thanks guys. more

Tigard Brake Team Gave Us a New Car! 4/14/2011

The whole crew at the Tigard Brake Team was very professional and courteous to both myself and my wife. They conducted a very thorough evaluation of our car and found several things that needed to be fixed ASAP. Justin explained in detail what they found and what needed to be done and the associated costs. They made the repairs quickly and kept us informed of their progress through phone calls. We were quite impressed that they had saved the damaged parts to show us when we picked up the car. All in all, they were fair and reasonably priced. When we left their site, we felt like we were driving a whole new car - it is running like a dream. more

Justin and his Crew made my day ! 3/30/2011

he team was very helpful in diagnosing the reason behind my lit check engine light. The mechanic who helped me spent time explaining my car's issues and was very nice. I requested new windshield wipers to be installed. They only had one in stock, but they were proactive on ordering a new one and had it there in minutes so my car was ready on time. Their prices were reasonable and posted well. thanks more

I had a really good experience.. 3/29/2011

I had a really good experience at the Tigard Brake Team - Tires 4 Less when I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. Jeff Munson serviced my car on November 16, 2010. He rotated my tires and changed my oil. He was fast and did a really wonderful job. Jess was very nice when he checked me out, and let me know I had a good car too. There was an older lady there whose car needed more work but he did not push her to get it done right then. All in all I will be back and will recommend to others!! Crystal Montgomery more

Good Auto Service 3/14/2011

REVIEW: The manager has changed there a few times since we started going there, but each one has been friendly and willing to help. The other employees are also very helpful. On each visit, we have encountered no problems. The team is always courteous and will get our vehicles finished within one day and most times within a couple hours. We feel that type of service is exceptional. more

Very Friendly Service! 3/11/2011

I came in to break team earlier in the year to have my brakes replaced and at that time realized they also did oil changes. I came back this visit to have my oil changed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful including the gentleman who completed the phone scheduling. I came in a few minutes before my appointed time and was told that a few people had come in before me even though I had an appointment. I was told that it would be about one hour. At an hour and a half I asked how we were doing and was told that they didn't have my filter and it would be coming soon from the supplier across the street. The car was ready after an hour and forty-five minutes. The service was great but of course I would have liked to have spent a little less time in the waiting room. more

Break Team Quick and great price 3/11/2011

REVIEW: They took my car with out an advanced appointment and still had it ready in just over an hour. They checked everything and determined the tires did nto need to be rotated. I received a detailed report on what was done, and what may need to be done soon. Only thing that needed to be fixed, is the street construction project that blocked some of the entrances and exits more

Great place to get your brakes done 3/8/2011

Jeff at the Brake Team in Tigard is a great manager. I went in because my brakes were having problems. They had done my brakes about 4 months before. They said a caliper was leaking and I need new rotors. I agreed to have them done. When I left my car was pulling to the left when I would brake. I took it back. Jeff got me a rental car and changed the other caliper, brake lines, brackets, and the hub assembly for free. When I got my car back it was working great and had had a total brake system replacement for the $400 I paid for rotors and 1 caliper. Yeah. more

Awesome service. Recommended services , brake flush and brake cleaning, I declined them because money is tight. They came to me a few moments later and said the tech thinks the cleaning should be done that they would include it for no cost. I was very satisfied and have recommended them to friends and co workers. more

Oil Chang at Brake Team 10/6/2010

Great service and quick timing, Was able to get it completed on my lunch break. I liked how I could call ahead to make the appointment and get an early bird discount. They also put seat covers inside to prevent it from getting dirty. I originally stopped in because I saw the inexpensive sign on the side of the road. So my experience with price, friendly staff and quickness will definately bring me back to this location. more

oil change 9/22/2010

I made my appointment the day before and asked for a eleven o clock appointment for a standard oil change. However the next morning I was running early and arrived at the Brake team in Tigard at ten o clock. I asked if I could be fitted in early and the service manager was able to take my car right away. I watched the mechanic change my oil and was very efficient. The overall time that it took to change my oil was about 30 minutes. Overall nice job! more

Worked for me 7/29/2010

The team was very helpful in describing the problem to me about what was wrong and what was wrong with my car. My brakes where almost to the point of metal to metal and even though I could not afford all for brakes they helped me to get what was absolutely neccesary for my car to continue working safely until I could afford the rest. I have had a hard time finding affordable and willingness to work with what I can and can't pay for with out pushing other products and services that I do not need or want. Pros: inexspensive Cons: not always fast more

Great Price 7/16/2010

The brake team was thorough, looking over both my front and rear brakes. They suggested doing the back, but weren't pushy when I opted to have it done later. Even though they were busy, I was still able to have my brakes changed in less than three hours. Their brake special of $88 per axle was the best deal I could find online. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends. Pros: Cheap, Fast, Friendly Cons: Some hidden costs more

Great experience. In and out within the hour that John the manager suggested. John was courteous, professional and accommodating. Understood my sense of urgency and sensitivity to price-point.
