I went there to get my brake pad replaced.
they estimated it will be 2 hour job, when I returned it was not done until 6 hours later.
even worse, they scratched my wheel alloys.
The store manager; Jeff; acknowledged and admitted the damage they caused.
He told me to come back the following week after he get approval from his regional manager for the repair of the wheel.
From that point, he just wont accept my phone call. I escalated to customer service; Angela. Same thing. NO result!
I reported to BBB Oregon and they admitted the damage they caused and promised to repair my wheel but they never delivers.
BBB Oregon repeatedly reminded Brake team to follow through but no result. BBB Oregon finally put ""NEGATIVE"" rating for this business.
