Just placed an order to have delivered to my mothers house for her birthday- the flowers that are online are the not the same flowers we received. When i called to give my feedback to see if they could send the correct bouquet to my mothers house- the person who calls herself the manager screamed at me and called me a POS. \r \r Please think twice as the pictures online are not what is delivered to your family- this company takes advantage and has terrible customer service skills! more

DO NOT use this company if you are looking for a timely delivery. My Mother's funeral service was at 10:00 AM and they delivered 2 arrangements around 10:45 AM, missing the service and viewing by the guests. The funeral home told them when to deliver however they didn't get them there on time.....plus they misspelled my Mother's name on both arrangements. BEWARE ! more

This florist is amazing! I don't know what some of these people are talking about because I have had nothing like that!! My family has been using this florist on a regular basis for years! They have wonderful flowers that last forever! The owners are wonderful. They help as much as they can! I would highly recommend this florist to anyone! more

I do not want to give this business even one star rating!!!!. .it doesn't deserve even one star but the review would not publish without it.\r This is a Warning to all Out of State people looking to send flowers in the Boynton Beach area if this company fills your order, you are wasting your $$$$ I ordered a beautiful arrangement from a local florist who then placed the order thru Teleflora for delivery in Boynton Beach .As it turned out, this "florist" received the order to fill... The flowers that were delivered were NOT at all what was ordered. A cheap plastic vase with scraggly off -color flowers were delivered in it's place. When the recipient described what they got, I was shocked. I then asked for the number of the florist to find out what happened. What a joke that was, the woman who answered was crude and rude and continued to insult ME????? I could not get a word of explanation in. AWFUL COMPANY..AWFUL SERVICE\r I only wished I researched and found the reviews about this company;it would have saved me time and money.\r Florist does horrible work, missed Valentine's guaranteed delivery date and did not return calls,emails or even give a courtesy call to aplogize despite the fact that they had my home and cell numbers along with my address and email!!! Flowers were delivered a day late-day after Valentines looking like it had been outside in 90 degree weather. Petals had fallen off and roses were drooping.\r This company should be SHUT DOWN!!!! 90% pecent of the reviews are bad and the other 10% clearly written by employees or the owner in a sad attempt to hide the truth.\r These people need a class on business management and customer service, but the truth is that they dont care.Once the take your money the send you crap then do not respond to calls or emails or even have the nerve to curse at customers.\r I suggest everyone reports them to the BBB and all other cons more

DISGRACEFUL!!! 1/7/2012

Did not deliver during the promised time frame, for which they did not apologize or offer to remedy the situation. When I asked to cancel the order, I was hung up on. I do not live in FL and do not know this shop personally, but any business that is so blatantly disrespectful to a client is not one I would recommend spending money in. Beware!!! more

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM! 5/26/2011

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Staff is rude, stupid and dumb as hel not to mention dishonest! I ordered item # TFWEB185 "Summer Salsa" for $115.00 plus delivery. The arrangement has sunflowers, orange roses, orange spray roses, purple orchids, purple mums and heather all in a cylinder vase with ti leaves inside. Asked florist to add sea shells to the arrangement. What was delivered was an AWFUL arrangement that had 3 yellow gerber daisies, 3 red roses, 3 white snapdragons and 3 purple flowers in a regular flower shop vase. ALL FOR THE SAME $115.00 DOLLARS!! I COULD HAVE GONE TO PUBLIX AND GOTTEN SOMETHING BETTER! I called to complain and was told that sunflowers were out of season and no seashells could be found. WTH??? NO SEA SHELLS IN FLORIDA?? REALLY???? I was also told that if I called back to complain anymore they would call the police and press charges for harrasment!! SERIOUSLY?? YOU SCREW ME OVER AND YOU'RE GONNA CALL THE POLICE??? Worst Experience Ever 5/10/2011

Worst experience ever. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for delivery the day before Mother's Day. They weren't delivered, nor were they delivered on Mother's Day or the day after. My mother tried calling and had a terrible experience (I'll spare you the details). Between 9:00 and 10:00 AM Tuesday I called all three numbers on their website, and all three rolled instantly to voicemail, but their mailboxes are full, so I couldn't leave a message. I then tried writing an email, but it couldn't be delivered because this mailbox is full as well. Are these people even in business? If so, how? more

waste of my time!!!! 5/10/2011

I received a call asking if I would be home to receive a delivery for my 10 year old. It is her birthday and she was really excited. Several hours later, no call, no delivery and worse of all, I could not reach them either. All there phone numbers went straight to voice mail. Extremely disappointing and extremely frustrating!!! I would not recommend doing business with this florist. There are plenty others. more

Boynton Villager Florist - Stay Far Away From This Nightmare 5/12/2010

This is possibly the worst florist I have ever come in contact with. Relatives sent my mother via FTD flowers from this so called florist for Mother's Day. They arrived in complete dirty water with most of the flowers already dead. What was not dead, a couple of roses, were already losing their petals. Called and spoke with the owner Jackie. Have never in my life been so floored by the way I was spoken to especially by someone in the service industry. She is rude and nasty. She abruptly said we had to come back with the flowers to receive a replacement. My 80 year old mother went in to return the flowers and unfortunately had to suffer the same abuse by this witch as I did. Do not ever use this florist...what a nightmare!!! Pass this on to anyone who may be using FTD in the future. Make sure they know to tell them not to use Boynton Villager Florist. There are too many other great florists in Boynton!!! more

Took advantage of out of town order to provide cheap flowers at very expensive price. Given opportunity to correct and still provided very cheap quality for high price, thinking no one would know.Never use these people. more

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Seen 10/15/2009

I received flowers from them via FTD. The flowers were half dead. There was no identification of the store on the card or envelope, a convenient was to avoid responsibility. However, living in a gated community, they had called to arrange entrance, so I got their number on caller ID. When I called, I was told they only use ""fresh"" flowers, but if I wanted, I could bring them in and they would see what they could do to freshen it up. I asked them to deliver another bouquet and pick this up, but was told they couldn't spend the gas money to come out again! The owner happened to be out of town for the week -- what a surprise. Having just had cancer surgery, I couldn't drive my gift over to be freshened. I called the person who had sent me the flowers, and the florist in Virginia arranged for another store to send a bouquet. THAT's customer service. It's amazing that the 4 good reviews on this site were written by 2 people, each writing 2 reviews apiece. Hmmm, could it be an inside job? Cons: Rude and unhelpful more

Absolutely Worst Florist 4/3/2009

3 days after the promised delivery date of a fruit basket I called to inquire about the problem. I spoke with the owner, who was very openly unwilling to address the problem and find a solution. This woman hung up on me twice after making it clear that the delivery of the perishable fruit basket was of no concern to her and none of her responsibility, although I paid extra to ensure its timely delivery. This florist does not know the meaning of customer service. She did NOTHING to remedy the problem!! Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: Rude and Incompetent more
