HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Staff is rude, stupid and dumb as hel not to mention dishonest! I ordered item # TFWEB185 "Summer Salsa" for $115.00 plus delivery. The arrangement has sunflowers, orange roses, orange spray roses, purple orchids, purple mums and heather all in a cylinder vase with ti leaves inside. Asked florist to add sea shells to the arrangement. What was delivered was an AWFUL arrangement that had 3 yellow gerber daisies, 3 red roses, 3 white snapdragons and 3 purple flowers in a regular flower shop vase. ALL FOR THE SAME $115.00 DOLLARS!! I COULD HAVE GONE TO PUBLIX AND GOTTEN SOMETHING BETTER! I called to complain and was told that sunflowers were out of season and no seashells could be found. WTH??? NO SEA SHELLS IN FLORIDA?? REALLY???? I was also told that if I called back to complain anymore they would call the police and press charges for harrasment!! SERIOUSLY?? YOU SCREW ME OVER AND YOU'RE GONNA CALL THE POLICE???
