This was my second time using Box Home Loans and had yet another fast closing. As their site states, there are no hidden fees. Everyone I worked with there was simply great kudos to David, Melody and Candice. They set a record in my area in their ability to close in 17 calendar days. Highly recommend and will certainly use them again. more

They were quite good at the process. The computer submittals and needs are clearly stated and understood when they have been accepted. The process went smooth. The only downside was I had a question submitted via e-mail that came back with a template answer. more

I started this loan with a bank. I switched to box home loans after a friends recommended them to me and I got a quote for the closing costs which were much lower than the bank I was going through. Working with box home loans was MUCH easier than working with the bank. I love the my accounts page where you can upload all of your documents and it has a box that shows what items still need to be uploaded. I also like how it shows the progress of the loan. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future! more

Box Home Loans provides great customer service! 7/29/2013

The loan application process is somewhat complicated, and required research and scanning of past documentation on prior loan, but it went pretty well to completion and approval. I wish Box Home Loans had stated up front that they were going to sell my loan within the first month, I would have investigated the loan purchaser more thoroughly before committing to the loan process. The customer service and communication through the application and approval process was very good, and they kept me informed as to progress and where the approval was each time it progressed through the review process. Overall, I was pleased with the service, the commitment by the staff, and the quickness of the approval and closing procedures. I would do it again based on the results. more

Easy and Efficient, but very automated 7/26/2013

This is a fantastic service. It was very easy. My only complaints are the difficulty in reaching our processor and loan officer. We couldn't reach anyone over the weekend at the signing. Emails weren't returned at times. However, our loan closed and we are very happy with the results. more

Everyone I dealt with at Box Home Loans, was very helpful and prompt. I pride myself on being a very jovial person, and they tolerated me very well.... :-] My loan closed within 30 days. Great mortgage lender 7/4/2013

I researched A LOT of mortgage lenders and finally a friend recommended Box Home Loans. I peeked at their website and was amazed at how quickly they provided me with a quote. Then Regan called and started the ball rolling. He was really nice and helpful, but then he went on vacation for a week. Not what I needed when starting a new mortgage application. My loan processor was Steve. He was also very nice, but then went on vacation when my loan was ending... terrible timing for me. In the end, the mortgage was approved and all worked well. more
