Review content:
The loan application process is somewhat complicated, and required research and scanning of past documentation on prior loan, but it went pretty well to completion and approval.
I wish Box Home Loans had stated up front that they were going to sell my loan within the first month, I would have investigated the loan purchaser more thoroughly before committing to the loan process.
The customer service and communication through the application and approval process was very good, and they kept me informed as to progress and where the approval was each time it progressed through the review process.
Overall, I was pleased with the service, the commitment by the staff, and the quickness of the approval and closing procedures.
I would do it again based on the results.
