Costs for our re-fi two years ago were good, but two weeks late on the close. Used them for a purchase this time, after assurances that they now had three times the staff, and nearly always close on time.
Closed five days late, and the closing costs were pretty standard.. Hate to admit the Realtor was right, but next time, I'll use a real bank.
