""Only gets one star for the prices, other than that, I've recently walked out refusing to ever shop there again (and I live 200 feet away). I am unsure as to whether the store has changed owners, but it seems as though. The service is completely non-existent, you can wander the 2 aisles forever without any help, and sometimes feel like you've stumbled into a seedy front run by high school kids. When you call your shop a ""shoppe"", and sell wine, it would be a good idea to hire people who are old enough to drink it, and not invite all of their friends to hang out at the counter and listen to some really awful music. Asking employees recently where I can find certain wines, I have been told that they don't know, or what that is, or ""I don't work here""(I guess that doesn't make that person sitting on a stool hanging out an employee-whoops). As for recommendations, I would never bother asking. Maybe it hasn't been sold to new owners and the original owners never leave their Graham Ave. location to check on this outpost. If that is the case, I wish they would.""
Pros: decent prices, convenient
Cons: terrible service, music, attitude
