Worst customer service ever! She is Very unprofessional and rude. I boarded my animals there for a week I went on vacation and dropped them off on a Saturday at 12:00 noon on Thursday I called Bonnie to see if my sister can pick them up on Friday morning because my daughter was coming back from Iraq and wanted to see the animals. So my sister called Bonnie Thursday night and asked her if she would give her a call in the morning when she gets up to pick the animals up and it was fine with her. Friday morning never received a call so my sister kept calling about 11:00 or 11:30 she got a hold of here and went over to pick them up. When I went to pay her she said I owed her for 7 days. I asked how she came up with 7 day when we were waiting for a call Friday morning to pick up the animals and my sister was there at 12:00. this is you bill PAY YOUR BILL and was yelling, calling me a cheep SOB she feels sorry for my wife and I don’t appreciate nothing and am I for real (along with other choice words) .This coming from a business person was very unprofessional in the way she handled her self. It is not about the money for me because I would do anything for my animals it is the way she handled it. Also dropped two cat boxes off and had to ask her for them back and she only gave me back two lids and one bottom. So Think twice if she treats her customs this way. more

NIGHTMARE GROOMER!!! I took my dog, Pilgrim, to Bonnie's Grooming Gallery at 10:30am. Bonnie didn't call me until 3:45pm to come and pick him up. After keeping Pilgrim in a cage with his own feces for GOD KNOWS how long, she had the nerve to charge me $10.00 extra for a ""holding fee"" AND she was RUDE about it. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the hair on his paws were uneven, apparently to hide the fact that not 1, but 2 of his nails were cut too short and had bled. Not to mention, Pilgrim was mortified after this horrific experience, as was myself. What a nasty biotch. more

I have been going to Bonnie's for about 6 years now and have never once had a problem with the way she does my dog. I switched to Bonnie after another groomer used a tranquilizer on my dog. She and her staff are excellent with the animals and she has helped me solve problems that have arisen with Toto's skin condition. Very reasonable pricing also. more

I took my dog the other day to Bonnie and she cut my dogs face near the eye. It was bleeding, dripping blood when I walked her out of the salon. Bonnie did not even apologize. I was not happy with the hair cut. Bonnie cannot groom. She butchered my dog taking her hair all the way down to the skin. Do not take your dogs here. Not only is she terrible at grooming but is bad with customer service. Not friendly at all. I will never go to her again and I will let everyone I know or come in contact with, that has a dog that she is horrible. more
