I took my dog the other day to Bonnie and she cut my dogs face near the eye. It was bleeding, dripping blood when I walked her out of the salon. Bonnie did not even apologize. I was not happy with the hair cut. Bonnie cannot groom. She butchered my dog taking her hair all the way down to the skin. Do not take your dogs here. Not only is she terrible at grooming but is bad with customer service. Not friendly at all. I will never go to her again and I will let everyone I know or come in contact with, that has a dog that she is horrible.
