Worst customer service ever! She is Very unprofessional and rude. I boarded my animals there for a week I went on vacation and dropped them off on a Saturday at 12:00 noon on Thursday I called Bonnie to see if my sister can pick them up on Friday morning because my daughter was coming back from Iraq and wanted to see the animals. So my sister called Bonnie Thursday night and asked her if she would give her a call in the morning when she gets up to pick the animals up and it was fine with her. Friday morning never received a call so my sister kept calling about 11:00 or 11:30 she got a hold of here and went over to pick them up. When I went to pay her she said I owed her for 7 days. I asked how she came up with 7 day when we were waiting for a call Friday morning to pick up the animals and my sister was there at 12:00. this is you bill PAY YOUR BILL and was yelling, calling me a cheep SOB she feels sorry for my wife and I don’t appreciate nothing and am I for real (along with other choice words) .This coming from a business person was very unprofessional in the way she handled her self. It is not about the money for me because I would do anything for my animals it is the way she handled it. Also dropped two cat boxes off and had to ask her for them back and she only gave me back two lids and one bottom. So Think twice if she treats her customs this way.
