Dean was early and congenial with another technician on the property at his arrival. He did a thorough assessment of all the potential electrical issues and provided a complete description both verbally and in writing. He also gave a line item cost sheet to help me identify which services to contract first. Dean's diligence reflected a commitment to excellence that reflects a pride in his work and his employer's reputation. more

Great service! 5/21/2018

We've had Bolt Electric, Dean B. being the lead guy with competent assistants, do a major job replacing our breaker box. They couldn't have been more efficient, quick yet thorough, & took time to explain their process & answer any questions we had. Besides that, Dean is just such a thoroughly likable guy! He went out of his way to help me with another minor job that meant a lot to me at a personally difficult time (husband having major surgery) and I appreciated his compassion & consideration & being true to his word. I highly recommend Bolt Electric. more

I called at 11:00am and Dean showed up within 30 minutes. Small job. One GFI outlet. A little expensive but worth it. Very professional. Cleaned up after. Very polite. Highly recommend this service. more

Outrageous Estimate!! 3/29/2018

I simply needed a regular outlet place outside to power a tankless water heater. The estimate was over $800.00!! It was ridiculous. Talk about padding the bill. Obviously I did not use them and actually got the job done for $159.00. more

great job and very quick 5/10/2017

Dean quickly found the problem with a failed three-way ceiling light and replaced one of the switches. He also replaced an old ceiling light with a much better LED light. When he left, all the debris was cleaned up and the cost was very reasonable. more

Grounded outlets 11/18/2016

Carrie had a tech scheduled for that same afternoon. She called to let us know he was on the way. The tech had the work done within an hour after he looked the job over. Even asked if there was anything else that needed to be done. The cost was not as much as we thought it was going to be. Good service all the way around. more
