The men and women serving their customers at Bob Howard were very friendly--- and VERY efficient! My Suburban had a check over and my tires rotated (the guys noticed a nail in one tire--and fixed it----thank goodness!) I and my husband count on----and Depend on the servicemen at Bob Howard! They`ve never Let us down! My thanks to everyone at Bob Howard! more

His honest... respectful approach was the difference that convinced me to alter my long standing rule against buying vehicles from car dealers. more
