Bob Cole's Import Automotive

Bob Cole's is the only shop I take my Toyota to. The staff is helpful and I have never had any problem with their service or their treatment of my vehicle. I've never been "nickel-and-dime"d for things I don't need and I appreciate their focus on the services I'm in for and nothing else to run up my bill. I've recommended them to several people with imports and will continue to do so. more

I took my Buick Redevouz to Bob Cole Automotive becase the end of the shifter cable broke off at the transmission. I was quoted anywhere from $240 - $320 for the part and repair at other shops. Bob Cole Automotive did the repair for almost half of the lowest quote and were great to work with. They now have all of my business. more

i have never needed a mechanic since i moved to pensacola. so when i needed work done on my kia optima i asked the tow truck driver and he referred me to bob cole's. they replaced my crank angle sensor,timing belt and the balance belt. my timing belt had about 2 inches of slack. the C.A.S. had a prong bent up that didnt make a connection. my balance wheel was put on crooked. the timing was way off. and the timing belt was rubbing into the C.A.S. wires that should have been tucked away. if you care about your car AND money DON'T GO HERE. more

Bob and his staff are very pleasant, dilligent and skilled mechanics. Unlike many other shops in Pensacola, he will tell you what the car really needs; i.e. he is there not just to make money but to give you a sound advise and always looks, how to save you money. If you have car in or out of warranty, this is the place to go! Forget about the rip off dealers or dubious shops that are around Pensacola these days! more

and at Bob Cole's I have always gotten straight answers about whats wrong with my BMW, what it will take to fix it. Bob Cole's has always tried to save me money on parts, as well as checked with me about what I want fixed before actual repairs begin. They do good work. My car is there right now as a matter of fact. It's nice not to see someone for months because you have been trouble free, and greeted by name as soon as you walk through their doors. These people truly care about you and doing what is best for you and your car. Before you decide on someone who says they can fix your car cheaper, go see who and where your car will be repaired. Like anywhere else when I leave my car with Bob Cole's I worry how much it will cost.....but I know when I leave my car will be right. more
