I arrived 10min before appointment, but they made me wait for about 90 min to see a doctor.\r After the test, no one called back. Not able to get through to even talk to the assistants of Katherine O'Rourke.\r If you leave a message, you never get a callback.\r more

I visited Blue Ridge Dermatology twice in the last month and the experience was very positive and professional. Every aspect, from the interaction with the front office personnel, to billing was very pleasant. All the office staff were very personable and friendly. Dr. Kendall Hash was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and easy to work with. She solved a problem that I had been suffering with for over a year and had been misdiagnosed by another dermatologist at a different practice. I was given an initial appointment quickly and had no problem getting a follow-up appointment for 2 weeks later. I would highly recommend this practice in general and Dr. Hash specifically. I had absolutely no problems here. more

Negligent 8/23/2011

Practitioner's negligence in needle-stick procedures required me to have bloodwork done at my own expense and trouble. Doctor, staff, and administration were unhelpful and unapologetic. This long-term patient and aesthetics customer will go elsewhere. more

Worth waiting for 8/10/2011

I made an appointment with this office and was originally not to happy with the process. Getting an appointment took forever and the girl I spoke to, while cordial, was somewhat lackadaisical. more
