It is always to the point 2/1/2013

Yellow cab (in the city at least) is always to the point and at my location in less than five minutes with a automated call to let me know they have arrived. no complaints... as per previous reviews and the "rudeness" of the dispatch office... i prefer the person to just get my address, name and get off the phone... not usually looking for a quaint conversation when i need to get somewhere. the drivers are always pleasant. From the years of corporate travel, all I need is to look at the driver and I'll know in advance how well I'll be treated. Their prices were competitive, their routing and driving efficient and safe. They handled all my luggage. My driver was friendly, car was new and clean. I'll use them gladly each time I'm in Mountain View. Five stars! more

Hi there, just to let you know that we are now back in Australia. Thank you for the excellent and very reliable service that your company provided for us on our visit to Bay Area. The level of courtesy and professionalism by your drivers was commendable. We were delayed by the US immigration Dept on our arrival due to a passport problem and your driver waited to meet us with care and friendly understanding. Thank you all very much. more

On time, Helpful, Reliable, Trustworthy cab 1/9/2011

I've used Blue Cab Co to pick me up from work when I worked late at night. They offer great service and get you pretty fast. I like the fact that if they are really busy and your driver will be delayed they have called me back to let me know. more
