Yellow cab (in the city at least) is always to the point and at my location in less than five minutes with a automated call to let me know they have arrived. no complaints... as per previous reviews and the "rudeness" of the dispatch office... i prefer the person to just get my address, name and get off the phone... not usually looking for a quaint conversation when i need to get somewhere. the drivers are always pleasant.
