My boyfriend and I went on a Monday evening and were one of three parties in the restaurant. Perhaps this is why the service was excellent - but not overdone. The host, server, and busboy were all very attentive without hovering. The meal started with delicious, warm bread. We both ordered salads to start - both were very good, but his had grilled artichokes, which were exceptional. Main courses - he had grilled sea bass, which was a tad dry, I had artichoke ravioli and it was amazing. We split an apple tartine for dessert; it wasn't the best I've had but it was still very good. Portion size on all courses was nice, too (not too much but we didn't leave feeling hungry). Our meal was about $100 (incl. two drinks, tax & tip), although it should be noted we had a gift certificate for $25 off. This is the type of restaurant I would probably save for a special occasion as it is a bit over my budget.
Pros: Good food, good portion size
Cons: A bit pricey for everyday dining
