I have had the pleasure of dealing with Birdy Properties over the last 5 or so years and they have been nothing but professional the entire time. My rental property in San Antonio has flourished ever since Birdy took over. They handle repairs and tenants effortlessly, and seem to handle everything just fine with minimal involvement from me. more

When it comes to property managers it can be hit and miss. When you find a great capable company that has its stuff together like Birdy, you just found the needle in the haystack. I am a big fan of the service and the communication. more

Thanks again for all the timely service. You guys have come to my rescue a few times with maintenance issues. I know that things at my rental are well managed and taken care of. The home is old and they keep it up very well and keep everything running. more
