The food is wonderful, everything one would expect from a locally-owned Italian restaurant. However, as good as the food is, it doesn't make up for the terrible service one receives at the register.
Bianca has been littering my neighborhood with fliers and coupons for weeks, so I decided to give them a shot - I even took my best friend along, since we both wanted different things from the coupon menu and were going go Dutch. The food was wonderful, no complaints there. Our waiter was wonderful, a real winner who kept inquiring how we were and if we were enjoying our food - and we were.
We got our bill and it was together; we assumed we could separate it at the counter. Well, we were wrong apparently. Not only could we not do that, we could only use one of our coupons and we had to put up with (1) people trying to push their way ahead of us in line, (2) a cashier who didn't know what she was doing, and (3) a manager who didn't want to hear or even really seem to care that we wanted to split the bill and each use a coupon. It was all or nothing: 1 bill, 1 coupon, zero caring.
Bottom line is, the food was spectacular -- but it's not worth the hassle or the harassment.
