Best

Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano is very close to work. The ceasar salad is the BOMB!! Ambience is tres romantic, and childrens meals are a very good deal :)

Worst

This is a very loud chain restaraunt dressed up to make one think it is more. I have a distaste for help that is trained to act like they really care...but obviously often do not.

Very good place. Went there with my wife and were treated like royalty. more

Suburban Chain food 1/11/2008

The food was fine if you have never had real Italian food or if you never leave the Suburbs. It definitely ranks above Olive Garden but I don't think that is saying much. Our server didn't even know what Carpaccio was when I ordered it. He also needed help getting the cork out of the bottle. Maybe more attention to service would help. Not to be too critical because one pasta dish we had was quite good. Overall I think we will give up on Suburban dining! more

Great place for bridal shower! 2/16/2007

Biaggi's is an awesome, delicious and gorgeous resturaunt. I love their food and they have very friendly servers. The manager is very nice as well! I had my bridal shower there this past June (2006) and their wine room is a gorgeous setting for a bridal shower. The whole staff was very nice and helpful, and the food is incredible!! I would definately recommend this to anyone who is interested in great steak and italian food. Pros: The facility is beautiful and the food is excellent Cons: It's is a little spendy, but definately worth it every once in a while. more

Tasty Italian! 3/23/2006

My husband and I went here for valentines day. He planned the whole thing and when he told me we were going to the Eden Prairie Mall, I admit I was slightly worried. But we had a great experience. The restaurant was very nicely decorated and the booth we sat at in the back felt very private. The service was good, but food and wine were definately the highlight of the night. I can't remember the name of my dish, but it was a cheese ravioli and seriously probably the most delicious Italian dish I have ever tried! Pros: Good prices, Good food, easy parking! more

Best Restaurant You'll EVER find in a Mall. 3/11/2006

Forget where you are and step into a metropolitan-style Italian Eatery. The restaurant is nicely done and large for a mall location. It's a bit noisy and crowded, but you'll forget that when you taste the inventive flavors from the menu (try the Balsamic Vinegar glaze!). It's ""upscale"" Italian, not ""home-cooking"" and certainly not the American ""chain restaurant-style"" Italian. Some dishes are generous (Marsala), others not so generous (Ravioli). The server's are happy to answer any questions you have about the extensive menu and offer recommendations. On a Saturday evening, our wait was longer, but not too long and it's well worth the wait. They have a Wine Room (which is also used for private parties), but don't expect fine wines - mostly young California wines here. Overall, I loved this restaurant, it's my new favorite in the TC area. Pros: Food, Selection, Service Cons: Noise, Mall Parking, Crowded more

Third and last visit 9/13/2005

First visit was for appetizers and thought they were very good. Second visit was a service disaster. We were served cold food by a waiter who dissapeared until it was time to drop off the check. The manager did appologize and after reading other reviews thought we would give it one more try. Service was better but the food.....not so. Menu didn't mention that the Linguini with clam sauce also contained many, many schards of shell....a crunch in every other bite. No offer to replace unedible food. My wife's shrimp and scallops had a very strong charred flavor that we both found overwhelming and distastfull & was dry. We have struck this place off our list. Too bad...it is a charming place. Pros: Ambiance Cons: Poorly prepared food, Burnt food, No offer to fix more

Not the real deal 3/12/2004

very dissapointed. The carpaccio was served ice cold, it should be served room temp. The veal scallopine was so TUFF, that you had to use a steak knife. Being born and raised in the EAST, Iknow and can cook great Itlian. This place is nice,Chef-Boy-AR-Dee works inthe kitchen. Pros: Bar, Wine List OK Cons: , Very Mid-West more

Fantastic 5/29/2003

To put it bluntly, at Biaggis you get Olive Garden prices but 50 times better food. The staff is top notch and very attentive. In fact I recall my first visit during their first week. I bumped the table and tipped the drinks over. I had more bus boys clearing and resetting the table than I knew existed. The decor is upscale but not typical italian. Pros: Great Tasting food, Great prices, ample parking more

Teach me more Becky ! 5/21/2003

I brought my co-workers here the other night for a nice dinner, so good wine, and to yes, talk business. ""Becky"" was not only our outstanding server, but our ""tour guide"" as well. Teaching is evidently something she does professionally, and it really showed with us - we learned about the wines, the food, and what to really get from a night out for noodles. Yet, somehow, no one felt that she intruded. I LOVE THAT! Please recognize that you have a great employee amongst your great restaurant, and many have much to learn. Salut! Pros: Becky, Good Wine, Nice ambiance Cons: parking, noisy sometimes, Becky not there 24/7 more

Not that great 3/20/2003

I was not impressed with this place. The food for the price was not much different than other large chains. I've had better pasta at Mom & Pop-type places for sure. The ambience and service were great. They handled our large group (including a toddler) very well. Still, I would spend my money elsewhere. Pros: Service, Ambience, Wine list Cons: Food, value more

WOW, What a place!! 3/18/2003

Definitely one of the best restaurants in the metro! The food is absolutely delicious, and extremely reasonable. The Waitstaff rocks, and does it all with a cute smile! Keep up the excellent work! P.S. I'll be going there tonight:) Pros: excellent food, friendly waitstaff, Reasonable Cons: House salad, Entrance way more

Disappointed 2/27/2003

EP gets good Italian 1/22/2003

Our server didn't know how to pour my Guinness (it comes in cans here), but everything else was next to perfect. The food is great, service friendly, and there's a few vegetarian options on the menu. The lunch menu shines as EP's best quality/price value. more

Non-Pretentious 1/7/2003

Went to Biaggi's last night with friend of mine for some dinner and a little talking. The ambiance was outstanding, the food was delicious and the price wasn't so overly outrageous like some other Italian places here in the Twin Towns. Overall a good place to take your family or to take a date. Pros: Romantic, Good Food more

Best Lunch Ever! 12/27/2002

Biaggi's is sure to not disappoint. I've been there numerous times and each time I am continuously satisfied. Great breads....best in the Cities. Expansive menu, but not expensive dishes! Pros: Great Food, Great Prices, Comfortable Cons: Staff Still New, Crowded At Times more

Eat here with someone special! 12/16/2002

The ambiance is incredible - the service, outstanding. Biaggi's had a great wine list, reasonably priced, and terrific menu, also reasonably priced. They have a couple different rooms to accomidate larger groups. Reservations are recommended - especially on weekends. It is important to note that soup and/or salad is not included with the meal - which is one reason the meals look so inexpensive. But, believe me, you don't get cheated out of food - even the small portions are large enough for leftovers. And...I suggest taking home leftovers and leaving room for dessert - the coffee and desserts are excellent! Pros: Inexpensive, Large portions more

Great Food 12/11/2002

For me, the great service was just the first part of a fantastic experience. the large menu and varying selections combined with a nice ambiance combined to set the stage for high expectations. However, I wasn't disappointed. The Chicken Parmigian was very flavorful, the pre-dinner bread warm and crusty and the olive oil light and tasty. And the best part of all this....this was lunch!!! more

Classy - Upscale 11/21/2002

Restaurant was busy and we did not have reservations so two of us along with our son sat and ate at the bar. Bar service was friendly and effecient. All three food choices were certainly better than average and the presentation was upscale. Great spot with little attitude and good service. more
