I've been working with animal rescue for years, so I've been to the vet's FAR more often than I've been to any human doctor. When I read the Yelp reviews, I hesitated about going there, but I really needed an emergency vet provides 24-hour care, not just off-hour care. I've been to Beverly Oaks three times now, and I still don't understand all the bad reviews they're getting on Yelp. My experiences have been very different.
The entire facility is clean, organized and attractively decorated. All the staff members we met were competent, friendly and personable, as were the doctors (we saw Dr. Leach and Dr. Turner). Yes, they're expensive, but their prices are similar to what I'd expect in similar practices: 24-hour care, very experienced doctors and modern facilities and equipment.
