I rented a Trench Master for 4 hours, got home and the starter rope broke on the second pull. I carried it back, waited for the rope to be replaced, got the tool home, cranked it and within 5 minutes a belt (or two) broke. Carried it back and they gave me a second tool. Got it home and within 10 minutes two belts started to jump off the pulleys. I tried to repair for about an hour then gave up. by now over 2 1/2 hours of 'my' time was lost. I was able to dig about 20 ft. of an estimated 150 ft. line. Pros: Every tool you want and the staff to provide service Cons: Tools not properly serviced before renting more

Yesterday we rented a 4" chipper from Best Rent All and we picked it up at 9 am. The staff was very friendly and prompt in the beginning. After getting the machine home we used it for approximately two hours when a blade broke. We turned the machine off and promptly called Best about the problem. They agreed to exchange it as they had another one at the location. We drove back to the facility and exchanged the chipper. Once we got back home and proceeded to start on our pile of Magnolia limbs and Acuba limbs, that had been trimmed a few months ago, the second machine stopped working after less than an hour. We checked the machine for any limb jambs or debris but there did not seem to be any. We then packed it up and returned it to Best around 3 pm. Our day of an 8 hour rental turned into two trips to the store and only three and a half hours of chipping. We still have a pile out there. Best Rental - All, has just about anything that you will need to rent for your upcoming party, wedding or social event, WARNING: Make sure you count your linen and other items before leaving their facilitiy, after returning my items, I was told that I was missing a table cloth; and the replacement cost of the missing table cloth was the same price as my deposit ""How Ironic"". This was my only dissatisfaction with this company.....hope this helps! Pros: Large variety of rental equipment. Cons: Staff should make it a habit to go through each customers contract line items before equipment leaves the store premises. more

Best Rentals is where I go for all of my heavy equipment needs. The staff are knowledgeable about everything I rent. There is no equipment that I have needed that they didn't have. Good place, reasonable rates. I just wish it was at a better location. more

Although the location is small they have a great selection. The staff was quick and friendly and there was not a problem with me showing up two days before or wedding wanting to rent items. more

We use best rent all for all of our sporting events. We have rented chairs, and tables from them. They have the best prices on rentals. All of their equipment is state of the Art. They even have staff load it in your car. Will without a doubt recommend. more
