Review content:
I rented a Trench Master for 4 hours, got home and the starter rope broke on the second pull. I carried it back, waited for the rope to be replaced, got the tool home, cranked it and within 5 minutes a belt (or two) broke. Carried it back and they gave me a second tool. Got it home and within 10 minutes two belts started to jump off the pulleys. I tried to repair for about an hour then gave up. by now over 2 1/2 hours of 'my' time was lost. I was able to dig about 20 ft. of an estimated 150 ft. line.
Pros: Every tool you want and the staff to provide service
Cons: Tools not properly serviced before renting
