Review content:
Yesterday we rented a 4" chipper from Best Rent All and we picked it up at 9 am. The staff was very friendly and prompt in the beginning. After getting the machine home we used it for approximately two hours when a blade broke. We turned the machine off and promptly called Best about the problem. They agreed to exchange it as they had another one at the location. We drove back to the facility and exchanged the chipper. Once we got back home and proceeded to start on our pile of Magnolia limbs and Acuba limbs, that had been trimmed a few months ago, the second machine stopped working after less than an hour. We checked the machine for any limb jambs or debris but there did not seem to be any. We then packed it up and returned it to Best around 3 pm. Our day of an 8 hour rental turned into two trips to the store and only three and a half hours of chipping. We still have a pile out there.
