I highly recommend this company! I have used them for over 10 years. Never a surprise. The office girl calls to let you know when they are on the way. They always come out on the same day that I call. They check all my doors and openers free. I use a lot of service company's for different Best Garage Door Knows how to take care of the customer. more

Thankful for the hours 7/2/2013

We needed our sensors to be replaced, because it was causing our door to freak out. It was go back up everytime we tried to put it down all the way, but it just would not stop going back up. So I had you guys come out and take a look, and within the hour, we had new sensors. I thank you so much. more

Murfreesboro TN Garage Doorscame right out when my garage door wouldn't open or close until about the 5th time using it. He provided a very inexpensive tune-up and my garage worked again. I won't hesitated to call him the next time I have a problem or have to get the garage door opener replaced. I highly recommend him. more

Great honest guys! We thought we had major issues and they alerted us that we only needed some minor maintenance. Completely honest and really nice guys! I couldn't recommend them more! And they are more than willing to come over at odd times to fit your schedule! more

He got the job done and cleaned up after himself. The door works very well. He also have us some information about how to take better care of the door as well. His price seems fair. We got good and prompt service for the price. more

My garage door was stuck halfway and tech didn't have to come out to fix it. We just talked over the phone and he guided me on how to fix the machine. He is very knowledgeable about how the machine works and I would highly recommend him. more

We have used them for over 8 years, he always shows up very quick and does the job right the first time at a reasonable price. When your stuck and your door won't open they show up quick and get your door opening quickly. more

What a great business. I thought maybe they wrote all the good reviews themselves but NO. They are that good , affordable , knowledgeable and respectful. They deserve the job, you will be happy, and the son is with them learning the ropes and advising you how to keep the maintenance up. more

highly recommended 8/31/2012

My bed room is right above the garage, it was so noise every time someone open/close the garage. Best Garage Door told me it was because of the opener (It is a new house, everything was chosen by the building developer) it was the cheapest opener they can get, so it was so loud. he help me change the garage opener and now I can hear anything. I sleep in peace every night. I recommend Best Garage Door to my neighbors too, he knows what he is doing. I couldn't be more happier. more

2 Guys came out as a team and really delivered outstanding service and a top-notch installation of the door. Mine is an old garage, so there were a few obstacles we came across. But the guys came through with creative options and were great with explaining every last detail until I felt comfortable with everything. No hard-sells! more
