this guy sucks!!! no customer service skills what so ever. i get there to have a drive line lengthened and was greeted by a man too busy with his phone to say ""be right with you"". when he did hang up 5 minutes later did he offer a hand shake? no and i as a business owner always offer a hand shake to new customers its just the way its done. i gave greg the measurement for the drive line and was treated as if i were a moron and did not know what i was talking about . by the way i have been a mechanic for over 20 years, yep im a newbie. needs less to say i do not and will not recommend anyone ever go there. next time i will spend a little more money and go to drive lines nw more

If you're lookin for good ol' fashioned auto & verbal abuse, 1/9/2011

My friend and I aren't what you would call car savvy. So when we went out to fix his wheel bearing we went everywhere! Not a single auto shop we went to would press the bearing for us. After driving as far as Everett,(last resort, trust me) my friend and I were told that a guy not too far from where we were would press it for us for a reasonable price. Little did we know we paid a little more for going there. We pull up to what looks like a tiny dive garage behind a car dealership, to our disgust that's exactly what it was. We approached just as a man stepped out of the garage and was on the phone, he did not greet us or give us a second look. We then proceeded to approach him and said hello to which he rudely replied, ""what do u want I'm on the phone"" he proceeded in this rude fashion the entire time. Thankfully he had finished and we got out of there with a pressed wheel bearing, or so we thought. Two weeks later the car was having issues and i had a family mechanic take a look at it. The jerk ruined the entire new wheel bearing! this guy doesn't even deserve to be worthy of owning even a dive garage in Everett. But if you ever want some good ol' fashioned verbal abuse and a car part that may last two weeks, be my guest. more
