This week I stopped by Besley's, I was in the middle of an expensive job, and I needed them to take a "quick look" at my Stihl saw. The technician held up my saw and said "that's a quick look" and handed the saw back to me. I spoke to Mr. Besley about this and he told me "I don't know who you are, you don't who I am, If you were a bigger customer I would know who you are". I have been a customer of Mr. Besley's for over 10 years. I have bought saws, trimmers and blowers from him. When I was in a bind and needed his help, I was sent away with utter disdain. I'm glad he doesn't need my business - I sure don't need his technician's sarcasm nor his "I don't need your business" attitude.
