We have been Scag Customers for over 15 yrs. But due to poor customer service with the local scag dealer, decided to try a Hustler from Besley. Love the feel and ride of the machine. But have been having some mechanical issues. Jack has been going out of his way to work with us on the issues Given us his loaner for unlimited use, brought it to us and picked up our mower for testing and service. Have had occasion to work with Josh, the lawn mower tech and the Tech inside Ian, that works on smaller equipment Both have been very helpful and willing to work with us. They are a local family run and community operated business.
