we all know that buying a car can be a tough thing to acomplish because of the game that is played, I bought a 2008 honda civic 3 days ago from bertera and I can't understand how they did it. I had a 2000 civic I wanted to trade with 150000 miles on it and thought the best deal would be at a honda dealer because they would value my trade for the most. I shopped Lia,Curry and Balise. when I tell you I was wrong, I was wrong Bertera Chrysler in West Springfield beat all 3 of them by 1500 and had a vehicle with 5k less miles onit!!! How could a chrysler jeep store beat the Honda dealers and I had a better experience negotiating with them because they really valued my dollar. The Honda dealers gave me a number and told me that was it. We all know that in these tough economic times every dollar counts. So I say give Bertera Chrysler a shot they may suprise you. more

I was in need of a car for my daughter to go back to school because her's dies. I called Bertera Chrysler Jeep and spoke to the Gm (Gabriel Faria) told him the situation and about how much money i wanted to spend and believe it our not the car dealer delivered more than he promised! If every car buying experience was this easy for me I would probably have enjoyed doing it once in my life> (LOL) more

TOP HONORS SERVICE 10/4/2010

I bought a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lia ( a non-Jeep dealer) and had multiple problems with the vehicle and ended up breaking down on 91 south on a last saturday, brought the vehicle to the nearest Jeep dealer (Bertera Chrysler Jeep in West Springfield) and had an encounter with the nicest staff, they gave me a loaner car and kept my car overnight and fixxed it before I had to be to work on monday. If this is how I'm treated as a service customer I can only imagine how I would have been treated had a bought from them. TOP HONORS SERVICE more

Thank you to the staff members at Bertera for making everything work out well with our purchase. We have been dedicated Jeep owners and saw a vehicle on your lot while on a weekend vacation in your area. Sometimes purchasing a vehicle out of state can be challenging especially with the strict MA regulations on purchasing any vehicle and registering in another state such as NY where we live. All of the staff members were knowledgeable and hardworking but we must mention the outstanding efforts of, Gabe, Peter, John, Shondell, Cynthia, Debbie in the business office and of course the driver John who brought the vehicle here safely to NY and also took great care to ensure that everything went smoothly registering the vehicle with the NY Dept of Motor Vehicles. Really simple 9/16/2010

This is my 3rd vehicle in about 2 years I bought from bertera. I worked closely with Gabriel the general manager. The processe was smooth and easy i was in and out in a couple hours. They went up and above for exceptional customer service. Treated so well i recommended two nephews great place to buy. more

During my last visit to your service department I had the opportunity to observe your staff at there very best in regards to customer relations. Let me first say that I have been servicing my loved 2008 Dodge Avenger for two years now. Your staff have always treated me with respect and bent over backwards to satisfy me, listened to my concerns about my car and fixed any problems that occurred. My last visit was a tough one but your Mackinac found the problem and corrected my front end. Back to the day I was in your establishment: There was a very rude family giving the Debbie and your staff a very difficult time. He apparently was not happy hollering at Debbie telling her that he is sick of bringing his car in he was extremely rude and his young son and his wife were all hollering at Debbie. But Debbie maintained her composure politely saying sir we are doing the best we can and I am positive the problem will be fixed. But the customer continued his ranting and even told me that the people in here are a holes especially the manager. But through all of this your staff was polite and professional. Especially Debbie and Cathy whom this person singled out. In your job I am sure you get plenty of complaints. I am a person who believes in letting people know when they do a good job as well. In my opinion you could not have a better staff in your service department. They are honest polite and always have the customers best interest as a first priority. Looking forward to my next service. more

A blessing during a difficult time 8/16/2010

This is just a brief yet very inadequate means of expressing our gratitude to the service staff, especially to Deb. While on our vacation and 2,000 miles from home, our Dodge truck began to give us problems. The staff and Deb helped us without hesitation. Even though our truck had to be sent elsewhere, we were immediately provided with a rental. So thank you for your help and courtesy. They were a blessing during a trying and difficult time. more

I'm writing this in regards to purchasing two brand new vehicles from your establishment. In October 2009 my wife purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler. During the process my wife and I dealt with two of your employees who demonstrated professionalism from the moment we met them. These two gentlemen were Victor and Gabriel. Both individuals gave us nothing but the up most respect. They were both courteous and demonstrated integrity. My wife and I were so pleased with this positive interaction; we purchased our second brand new vehicle, a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck in May of the same year. My wife and I both feel that Victor and Gabriel went above and beyond their official duties. We only hope that you would recognize their hard work and dedication. As a business owner, my wife and I both feel from the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Every person that we encountered was friendly , knowledgeable and well mannered. As you can see from the letterhead, my husband and I are business owners. Like you, as an employer, we are always interested in hearing comments about or employees. On some occasions, it might be constructive criticism, and on other more pleasant occasions, it is positive feedback. On this occasion, I am pleased to be writing you about one of your sales staff member, Igor. He is an expert in customer satisfaction. I had never leased a vehicle before, and became quite caught up in the process. Because of Igor's manner, I felt very comfortable with him. He worked very diligently to locate the vehicle I was interested in, and went far above what the Kia and Cadillac Dealers were doing for me. I had not totally made up my mind between a Chrysler 300C or a Cadillac STS, and it was Igor who was intrumental in me making the decision to Lease the Chrysler 300C. I am extremely pleased with my decision and the performance of the Chrysler 300C. It is even more than I expected. I am happy to be back as a customer of Bertera, as prior to owning my Cadillac, I was the owner of a Lincoln Town Car. Maybe I'm Amazed! 6/11/2010

A few weeks ago I went to your dealership to only price out a Dodge Grand Canyon. How much money and what the payments would be per month. My sales person was Steve; I did purchase a Caravan that night. Was amazed at the savings I got. Amazed at how well Steve handled my needs. I got the van I wanted, the price I can afford, and the monthly payment that I could afford. WOW! Thank you all and thanks for Steve's great job! :) more
