Delivered more than he promised 3/29/2011

I was in need of a car for my daughter to go back to school because her's dies. I called Bertera Chrysler Jeep and spoke to the Gm (Gabriel) told him the situation and about how much money i wanted to spend and believe it our not the car dealer delivered more than he promised! If every car buying expirence was this easy for me I would probably have enjoyed doing it once in my life (LOL) more

Bertera will surprise you as they surprised me 3/17/2011

we all know that buying a car can be a tough thing to acomplish because of the game that is played, I bought a 2008 honda civic 3 days ago from bertera and I can't understand how they did it. I had a 2000 civic I wanted to trade with 150000 miles on it and thought the best deal would be at a honda dealer because they would value my trade for the most. I shopped Lia,Curry and Balise. when I tell you I was wrong, I was wrong Bertera Chrysler in West Springfield beat all 3 of them by 1500 and had a vehicle with 5k less miles onit!!! How could a chrysler jeep store beat the Honda dealers and I had a better experience negotiating with them because they really valued my dollar. The Honda dealers gave me a number and told me that was it. We all know that in these tough economic times every dollar counts. So I say give Bertera Chrysler a shot they may suprise you. more

Am very happy 3/8/2011

Rich made buying my subaru legacy very easy. I did not want to be pushed and pushed like I have been in the past. I asked for a price and I got one right away, unlike some other places I looked at. When I got there i drove the car I wanted just not the exact color which they got for me no problem. Since he gave me the price right away I felt he was not there to play games. Alot of other places wanted me to go into the store and get the rpice there. So all I really want to say is that I am very happy with Rich and bertera subaru. more

I had a great experience at this place. The people were very friendly and not pushy. I got the car I wanted exactly the way that I wanted it and I love it! Routine services there are quick and efficient. I still visit with the salesman I bought the car from, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will continue to go here for all my future Subaru needs. I am a very happy, satisfied customer. more

the best dealer 3/1/2011

Darrin was hands down the best dealer I talked to in the car hunting process. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and I couldn't have asked for anyone more helpful or genuine. He didn't try to force me to buy a car he wanted to get rid of, and instead made sure the car was right for me. He was able to tell me more about the car than I or any other dealer knew thanks to his research. Darrin is thorough in his research, and especially in his customer service. I didn't feel like I was talking with a salesman; I felt like I was talking to a person. I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a car, whether it's a Subaru or any other make, as I know Darrin will find the right car. Thank you so much! Fabulous 2/10/2011

Bertera Subaru is fabulous. Great bunch of people there--they bend over backwards to help, even when it isn't their fault or they won't get $ for it, as a courtesy. I had to buy a car quickly because I'd lost mine in an accident. They had a lot of work over a weekend but delivered my car with added trinkets and road ready in three days, with plates! Long after I bought my car I got periodic calls to check on my satisfaction! more

they go above and beyond 2/7/2011

recently took delivery of my brand new impreza from bertera and could not be happier with everyone here. i have purchased a good number of cars and this was by far the best time i everhad doing it. after i took delivery i noticed a small ding on the back door. i was not overly concerned with the ding buy mentioned it to my salesperson when he called the next day. next thing i know, the general manager is on the phone assuring me they would take care of it. the following day they drove a car out for me to use while they took care of my door. the thing that blew me away was their persistance at getting everything right. i could have cared less about the ding. this is my second vehicle from them and from the sales department to service they go above and beyond. i have and will continue to recommend anyone interested in a subaru to them. more
