Just what I wanted 7/27/2011

My experience with Riverview was perfect. I bought the first 2011 Tc on their lot. The salesman briefly but fully explained Scion's ""Pure Pricing"" and showed me the exact numbers for the car. I was off to financing and out the door in less than 2 hours. Just what I wanted, how I wanted it. more

Sales, Service, and Financing is Outstanding If you're in the market for a new Toyota, this is the place for you. Watch for specials on financing and be ready to be wowed. Toyota not only has great cars but, wonderful protection for your investment, reasonable deals, and a sharp, friendly sales staff. I usually feel pressured to buy when I go into places to the point I want to leave. In this manner, Toyota is no different.... they do want your business. I can't blame a salesman for that. Business is business.... but at least they're not sleazy! They were classy and upheld their end, in fact went above and beyond to get me into a toyota. I've never been happier! That's a fact! more

Good Service 7/22/2011

Good service, fair financing My wife and I were looking for a car to fit her concert grand harp, and the salespeople were very helpful, allowing us to try out a variety of vehicles, moving seats, etc. It eventually fit in a Prius (believe it or not), and we bought it. The cars they kept in stock had more bells & whistles than we really wanted (and higher $$$), but after half an hour of back and forth with the finance people (the most annoying part), we got a payment where we needed it to be, though with a higher total cost of money than I had wanted. They gave us more than fair value on our trade-in, though, and were very friendly. more

NOT a car buying nightmare 11/10/2010

I recently purchased a used car here and the staff were friendly and easy to work with. We got a great deal and they got the car all cleaned up and ready for me to take faster than I've experienced with other dealerships in the area. My daughter will be needing a car soon and I plan to visit Riverview again when we are ready to get something for her. Thank you to all the great staff at Riverview for taking such good care of me. more
