Ask around and you'll hear that Julian and his family go above and beyond! Each and every time I have ever taken my older, used, BMW's in I'm treated as if I just purchased new off his showroom floor! My car's always come home with something ""extra"" having been done in my favor. I am a single female and trust me, there is no other place that offers the quality of service, fairness and honesty that you'll receive from Julian and his family! He goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy and his reputation upstanding, via word of mouth. These neg reviews are obviously from competitors.....which he blows out of the water time, and time again! Stop in and check it out for yourself! You won't have any regrets. He sells cars too!! more

HORRIBLE!!! This place is a scammer spot. The service that I got was fair, but Julian kept telling me to come back another day to get my car serviced, after waiting there for hours ...Then they give you crappy loaner cars with no gas in them.....To top it off, I was taken advantage of because I had an extended warranty. I called my warranty people and they told me that he charged me 120 more dollars they what they gave him for parts and labor....then he put on the receipt that it took them a lot more hours than the warranty people had estimated... If you don't mind waiting all day to get your car serviced and have some money to throw away, then this is the spot for you.... more

Terrible customer service, I had my car in for repairs in June when i took it back in the owner would not honor the warrenty. I was also charged for parts that did not need replacement only cleaning. They over charge and are not knowledgeable when it concerns BMWs!! more

I was so impressed with the customer service here! The Mechanic/Owner, Julian, came out himself to talk about my concerns when I left the car. Later, he let me know exactly what it needed to correct the problem. There was no pressure to get a lot of other work done like other places I have gone. His price was the very fair and he didn't charge me for the diagnosis, only for the car repair! more
