Bell's Little Angels Childcare

To any concerned parent out there, in response to the review titled ""Stay away...."". After this parent called the Center with her concerns, we reviewed the tapes and found no wrong doings on the care given to her child, no crying at all, but a perfectly happy little boy. She was informed that there was no action going to be taken against the caregiver, since the tapes and witnesses revealed excellent care. She became very upset and made several harrassing and threatening phone calls to the Center, including State Licensing. State came to investigate her ridiculous claims, they were given acess to the child's tape to review and found absolutely no wrong doing on our part, but a disgruntel parent trying to cause problems. When i first visited Bell's Little Angels it was welcoming and Bell was sweet. I decided to take my son there because they had cameras. It was his first daycare and the cameras gave me peace of mind. One day i decided to watch my son on the cameras. I knew they couldn't possibly neglect the children knowing they were on camera, but boy was I wrong. I watched the cameras for an hour and what I saw brought me to tears! My son was being picked up by his arms and carried across the room, and the teacher in the room ignored all the other kids and focused all her attention on one baby who I'm guessing was her ""favorite"". They also left my son in his crib for 30 mins while he cried and begged to get out! He was put in there like it was a holding cell for a caged animal and he wasn't even asleep he was awoke the whole time! I was appalled at what I saw! When I called to talk to Bell (the owner) instead of helping me with my concerns she argued with me about minimum standard like it was okay what they were doing! When my sister called back to talk to Bell (the owner) she argued with her THEN HUNG UP IN HER FACE! She is sooo unprofessional and does not know how to handle problems correctly. I had to leave school early and drop everything that I was doing and drive to the daycare center to save my child from this abuse! When I got there I talked to her about the situation and later decided to keep my son there because Bell made it seem like she was going to handle the situation. When I got home my sister told me that she had called the department of child protective services on them. The next day when I came to pick him up from daycare Bell told me she had to talk to me. When I came into the office she let her two kids run around the office and jump on my legs the whole time i was talking to her like it was a zoo! She told me that she had to terminate me because I had called CPS on her and she didn't want the DRAMA at her daycare! My son was neglected then TERMINATED because she was mad that my sister had called CPS. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a struggling teen mother in college and she had no respect for me she talked to me like I was below her! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE BELL IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND IF YOU BRING YOU CONCERNS TO HER ATTENTION SHE WILL TAKE OFFENSE TO IT! She terminated me with NO notice on the spot because she was MAD that i brought it to someone elses attention since she was to UNPROFESSIONAL to handle it herself! Bell's Little Angels should be shut down and I will continue to try my best until it does! I will show her that i'm the wrong teenage mother to mess with! My 8 month old son was neglected and ignored! Thank God that it was caught all on camera so that CPS could see it! STAY AWAY!! more
