I WENT TO BELLS FERRY CAR CARE ON A THURSDAY AND GOT A QUOTE FOR SOME WORK. AFTER GETTING QUOTE, I TOLD HIM I WOULD BRING MY CAR BACK AFTER HOURS AND DROP IT OFF AND LEAVE KEYS BASED ON DUDE TELLING ME WORK COULD BE DONE ON FRIDAY(CLOSED SAT & SUN) SO AFTER NOT FINDING A DROP BOX, I HAD SOMEONE DROP KEYS OFF.... LEFT FUTHER INSTRUCTIONS ON DASH WITH MY # AND SECONDARY #. SO NEXT DAY/LATE FRIDAY COME, I PASSED BY AND MY CAR IS IN THE EXACT SPOT I LEFT IT WITH NOTE ON DASH. MONDAY COME, I CALL JUST TO GET AN IDEA OF WHEN I WOULD BE GETTING MY CAR BACK, A DIFF DUDE/SO CALLED OWNER TOLD ME HE DIDNT HAVE A # TO CONTACT ME, 2ND HE'S NOT DOING THE WORK I NEED FOR THE PRICE THEY QUOTED ME, ITS GOING TO COST ANOTHER 2-3 HUNDRED-WTF!! WHO DOES THIS??!!!! IM LIKE WHERE IS THE GUY I TALKED TO OR THE MANAGER,WE TALKED ABOUT EVERYTHING TO WHEN I WOULD GET MY CAR. MY CAR SAT FOR 4 DAYS WITH NO PHONE CALL OR..... WHEN I COULD'VE WENT TO OTHER PLACES AND HAD THE WORK DONE THAT SAME WKND FOR $15 MORE THAN WHAT THEY QUOTED ME. BUT HE SO CALLED CLAIM ""NO ONE WILL DO MY WORK FOR THAT PRICE"" SMFH- YOU SHOULD HONOR AND STAND BEHIND WHAT YOU SAY\TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS- AND BEING THAT THEY FELT LIKE THEY COULDNT DO IT FOR THAT PRICE, THEY SHOULDVE HANDLED IT BETTER.
