Great place 4/1/2010

I am fairly new to Bay Psychiatric. I began my experience by seeing a psychiatrist for medication management. I always feel like my psychiatrist really listens to me and I leave feeling like I got more than just medication management. But, it was suggested to me that I also start seeing a therapist. I chose a therapist there at Bay Psychiatric and I am having a wonderful experience. I really like this center. The entire office is thoughtful and caring. When I call the office during business hours and press zero, someone always answers the phone. Typically Quincy and she is awesome as is the rest of the staff. scam? 8/26/2009

I have called several times and never been able to do anything but leave a message. When I finally received a call back they were able to offer me an appointment but asked for my credit card number to hold it! This place is highly unprofessional and has terrible customer service at best and a scam at worst. more

I'd love to evaluate you but no one will answer my phonecall 6/24/2008

I called the Bay Psychiatric Center and dialed ""0"" for reception and got the receptionists mailbox. Really? The receptionist's mailbox? OK. I left a message and did not receive a call back. I called again and got the receptionist's mailbox again. Still no call back. Pros: Appointment time are fast... in fact non-existant :) Cons: The receptionist does not actually answer the phone. more
