Bad News, Battery Bill 2/10/2010

Good: I knew Bill when he was just a small store below the Jewish Messianic Temple; before TV advertizing.. Bad: I went there today to find a drill gun battery. What I got was there young employees bring out their tied-up dog to harass my dog in my car. Their dog clawed all over the passenger side door under their "sic' em prodding. And I got very upset and told them so, and chewed "Battery Bill" too. I will never BRING business to him again or defend his store.. Improvements: Never hire immature KIDS to do an adult job. Why are they even aloud to think up ways to harrass customers. They're responsible grown-ups that can't find work.. Other: 2/10/10. more

Awesome parts and service! 1/25/2010

Needed a replacement battery for my Prius. CSK, Carquest, Sears didn't have it, and Toyota would charge $250. Bill's had the battery, and had to switch out some terminal connections, but did everything under an hour and for around $100. Guys there were awesome! more

Can't find a battery 8/21/2005

Battery Bill (that's his name) takes up a small section of a warehouse in Mapunapuna. A year ago, I needed a battery for an old BMW. I tried all of the big name stores like AC Delco, Costco, Sam's Club etc, but none of them carried the battery. I couldn't even special order it. Then I called Battery Bill and he had the battery, in stock. He carries all kinds of batteries, not only for cars, but also for electronic games, cell phones, etc. This is one phone number you don't want to forget! more
