Bath & Body Works

My utmost favorite store in our mall, and in ANY mall is Bath and Body Works. I love to go in and smell all the smells. Sample the latest smelly creations, check out the sales stuff, and of course fill my bag up with lotions, candles, and soaps. I absolutely love their lilac candles. And no one makes them scented any better than Bath and Body Works. They even have the wall flowers in that scent. Those make the entire room smell like lilac bushes are right outside your window. Lovely!! more

It's not too often that I actually indulge myself in some pamper me products. But when I do.. watch out! I have yet to get out of this store for under $100.00. Two of my most favorite scents are lilacs and roses. And lilacs are my number one choice. Thankfully BBW offers their wall scent units in LILAC! And they also carry them in the large candles and even room spray. For Mother's Day I treated myself to four of the large candle jars and four packages of refills for my wall unit room freshener. They also carry a small collection for kids, and even men. They just came out with a new line.. again! And this is very pricey, cannot think of the name of it at the moment. But the lotions start at about $25. And they had lemon. Now, I love lemon.. that crisp fresh scent. And this lotion was wonderfully scented. They sampled it out, and the scent lasted for a few hours. Reminded me of the old Love's Baby Soft Lemon collection that was popular during the 1970's. If you want to endulge... or want to pamper someone special... GO GO GO!!! Also, sign up at their website, or in store, and get on the mailing lists. They send you coupons, updates, preveiws to sales and such. more

Sometimes the store can be a bit overwhelming, but they have such a variety of yummy items. They have all the tried and true products we have all become addicted to, and often at great sale prices. And now they carry other lines that aren't found all over the place yet, the kind of stuff that is in a lot of fashion magazines. The downside is that sometimes you fall in love with a scent. You use it every day. Your morning begins with that scent, and alas, it is discontinued and you have to find a new scent to fall in love with. more

This newly remodeled and expanded store at Mayfair is GREAT! Not only do they carry all of the B&B lines, but others as well. This is a great place to find some new and different upscale hair and skin care products. There are so many products here, it is almost overwhelming, but it is fun to spend time going through the store. I typically stick to the basics here, and I really like some of the new fall scents, such as Brown Sugar Fig...doesn't sound too appetizing but it smells really good!! This is definitely the largest B&B Works in the area. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. more
