Instead of delivering my car to the repair shop they took it to their yard. 6/4/2007

My auto repair was delayed by a day and I had to extend my rental car at a non-discounted rate for another day.The owner was extremely rude when I brought this to her attention and refused to credit any portion of the $65.00 bill.She said it was up to me to tell the driver there was an urgency and "that's what happens!" I let them know at AAA.Nicole more

Fantastic Service 5/5/2007

I was locked out of my car because by remote entry failed. I called AAA and they sent this wonderful guy from Lamorinda Towing who arrived within minutes. Though we were not able to disable the alarm and get the car started even with advice from WC Honda on the phone, the Lamorinda Towing guy drove me to Radio Shack, came in with me while I had the battery in the remote replaced, drove me back to my car, and waited to ensure that I was on the road again. You cannot ask for better personalized service than that. We are lucky to have this service in our area. more

Fast, reliable Service 11/20/2005

Not the friendliest people to deal with, but you could go with much worse. They are very much on time, and will be out to where you are in the amount of time they state to you over the phone, especially if you are in the immediate area. I used them through AAA when I locked my keys in my car, and they came right away, I barely had to wait at all. Again their customer service could be better, but what can you ask for? more
