I was locked out of my car because by remote entry failed. I called AAA and they sent this wonderful guy from Lamorinda Towing who arrived within minutes. Though we were not able to disable the alarm and get the car started even with advice from WC Honda on the phone, the Lamorinda Towing guy drove me to Radio Shack, came in with me while I had the battery in the remote replaced, drove me back to my car, and waited to ensure that I was on the road again. You cannot ask for better personalized service than that. We are lucky to have this service in our area.
