We had used Aviv Moving & Storage through a recommendation of a friend and are happy to share our experience with people who are looking forward to move. The good thing was that the entire moving crew team arrived on time and they were fast, responsive, reliable, reasonable, and fast. The head of the moving team was very courteous and made it a point to verify finer details until the end of the move. Aviv Moving team was great during our recent move. These guys are honest, cheerful, friendly, on time, have a sense of humor, patience, and amazing strength.They included a huge stack of moving boxes and tape for us to use for packing ahead of time and smiled a lot during the very long day of packing and unpacking. We had a whole lot of stuff to move from our condo to our new house, and a couple of beds to take apart and reassemble and they did it all. Only very minor damage (one of the bolts in the platform bed was put in incorrectly and damaged the finish) happened and Aviv Moving was fantastic about covering the cost of repair when he learned about it. We would choose these guys again because of our positive experience. They really are one of the best. more

My husband and I moved within the city last weekend, and we were completely satisfied with the services from Aviv Moving. The movers showed up right on time, they worked quickly and efficiently, nothing was damaged despite some tricky staircase maneuvers that the movers had to do at both our old and new places, and the price tag came in at about $100 less than original quote to me. Best of all, they returned all of my phone calls promptly and was just a pleasure to deal with -- we would hire them for a move again in a heartbeat. more

These guys are awesome. Before you move, they return your calls or emails almost immediately and answer any questions, however weird you think them. This move was my second time using them. The first time, I barely owned anything. This time we had a ton of stuff. We also had dog hair everywhere, a two hour drive, a stop at a storage unit, and 3 flights of stairs. Justin and Roy were amazing. Not only did they move all our stuff with ease and without complaining, but they made us laugh a bunch of times during the day. On top of all this, it cost less than the estimate. Use these guys, you won't regret it. more

I used Aviv Moving and Storage for my move last weekend. The three men that did the move were extremely courteous and organized. They immediately got to work while I was filling out the paper work. All furniture was carefully wrapped and padded. I bought a mattress cover and a television box from the company, both of which were reasonably priced (and it was much easier than trying to find my own moving supplies). Overall, I had a great experience with Aviv Moving and Storage ! They were reasonably priced, timely, and very pleasant to work with. Iwould highly recommend them and would use them again on any future moves. more

We used Aviv moving last weekend because of all the great reviews, and I must say, they lived up to their reputation! They were punctual, careful, and the final cost came in at a reasonable total. They were sure to explain all of the costs prior to starting, and I couldn't have been happier. We lived on the top floor of a four story walk up, and they literally sprinted up and down the stairs carrying bed frames, end tables, and everything else without dinging a thing! more

Best price and excellent service. The managed to get my entire place into one truck load. Moving in the past it has always been a two truck load move. I used Aviv Moving and Storage about a year ago to move all my stuff from my large studio apartment, in a high rise building to another high rise. They were punctual, respectful and efficient. They moved the entire apartment (including packing clothes and other things) in about 3 hours, which was less than they had quoted and the whole thing came at a reasonable cost. more

In my recent experience with Aviv I had long back took the decision of calling Aviv if I ever had to move again. Well, I had the added pleasure of having a dog in the mix with this move, but they were super friendly to him and I he liked them as well. Hopefully I won't be moving again for a very, very, very long time, but they will be the first number I dial when the time comes. It was indeed a very smooth move and I used Aviv Moving and Storage for the second time now . I had a wonderful experience. And I can't recommend them highly enough. more

This is the first time I've ever used a moving company to move because I finally have enough stuff to justify it. I was thinking it would be very expensive and was prepared for it. Moti came by to do an estimate and estimated that it would cost $650. He said the guys would be at my old house at 8 am and be in the van on the way to the new place by 10 am. I thought, ""Yeah, right, that's impossible!"" Moti sent two men to my place to pack everything up and get it moved. They were there at 8 am on the dot. They packed up everything quickly, professionally, and perfectly!! And, they were in the van at 9:55 am! Everything was unpacked in my new place before noon! And, they even had to completely break down my bed and build it back together again. These guys were fantastic! They were extremely professional, polite, courteous, and some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. The final cost came out to $625, only because I had some last minute stuff that wasn't boxed that they took care off for me. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. Also, Moti were very professional, very helpful, and always made sure that all questions were answered and all concerns were addressed. Highly recommended!!!! more

I've never used movers before.. but after my last move where it took 3 guys friends FIVE whiny hours and damage to my stuff.. I decided to go different this time around. These guys were wonderful.. they came by on time.. packed up all my stuff out of the storage locker and packed it perfectly into their oversize truck. I was worried that my things would get jostled around, but they packed everything just right.. Everything made it over to my new place without a hitch.. and NO damage in 2 hours! I was so happy.. I tipped them a lot extra. I highly recommend them! more

We highly recommend Aviv, they recently moved us within Boston . Moti, the owner, came out prior to the move to provide an estimate. A two man team including Moti did the job of four movers, navigating our three flights of stairs with no problems. We had several pieces of nice furniture, which they wrapped and padded for extra protection. Everything made it unscathed. The guys were extremely friendly, careful and cooperative. We would definitely use them again more

We recently hired Aviv Moving & Storage to move a 2br house. The crew was very professional, friendly and quite fast. We had everything packed and labeled really well before they arrived. They hardly had to ask where anything went. The hours and price were slightly higher than the quote but not by much. All in all, it was a great experience. They showed up at 10 AM and we were all moved in by 2:30. Nothing broken and very low-stress. more
