I went to rent a car from Avis on Friday afternoon. The representative has no clue and not well trained.
I asked him why do I see two different estimates, and his answer was: Once you drop the car, they will explain it to you. He was in rush to leave the office probably.
Called Customer Service to complain, the customer service representative start talking about me with his peers, assuming he hung up... However, that didn't happen.
Called to talk a manager, and they never return my call....
I've been an Avis customer for 6 years and rent from them in a weekly regular basis. However, that was the last time....
I highly recommend National or Enterprise that are down the street.
