once my lease is up I will be moving out. They said I could have satellite in my apartment but wouldn't let me put a pole in the ground so I don't understand why they chage a $250 extra one time fee if you get satellite what does the fee pay for if you cant put a pole in the ground? "but other apartments had them." They said it had to be connected to the balcony railing which is plastic, so how does something plastic hold a big heavy satellite all I wanted to do was connect it to my balcony with a pole to support it I am on the bottom floor. when I asked why other appartments were allowed to have them the people in the office couldn't give me a real answer they kept beating around the bush. You think paying over $1,400 in rent you would be able to choose what T.V. provider you want. Besides all that there is no parking and the reason that is because there is always cars parked in the spaces without decals, you never see the tow truck company in the community and I have lived here for 3 more

Military do not live here. They will screw you over on everything when it comes to orders and having to get out of your lease. You will get bills after bills about almost anything they see fit. The walls are very thin and if you tip toe around you will most likely get a noise complaint on you for stomping. The staff is awful and not willing to help with most problems. When you first sign the lease they are great but after that they could care less about you or your situation. STAY AWAY more

The community is new beautiful and the best i've lived at in many years. I am in the military and have lived in what seems like a ton of apartments. There is always going to be little annoyances like hearing your neighbor drop something but other than those little things i've been very pleased. the staff is friendly and knows my name and even my dogs name! I haven't had any issues with maintenance or the office that weren't resolved or at least attempted a resolution. more

However, the management team leaves much to be desired. This property opened in early 2006, and was under a fantastic property mangement company. This changed when the property was sold a few months later. The new company did not address trash disposal needs, and frequently trash overflowed the compactor and the surrounding containment wall, and was often strewn about by dogs.\r \r The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Rent is reasonable, though not the lowest in the area. The clubhouse is well-furnished, complete with gym and a computer room. more
