once my lease is up I will be moving out. They said I could have satellite in my apartment but wouldn't let me put a pole in the ground so I don't understand why they chage a $250 extra one time fee if you get satellite what does the fee pay for if you cant put a pole in the ground? "but other apartments had them." They said it had to be connected to the balcony railing which is plastic, so how does something plastic hold a big heavy satellite all I wanted to do was connect it to my balcony with a pole to support it I am on the bottom floor. when I asked why other appartments were allowed to have them the people in the office couldn't give me a real answer they kept beating around the bush. You think paying over $1,400 in rent you would be able to choose what T.V. provider you want. Besides all that there is no parking and the reason that is because there is always cars parked in the spaces without decals, you never see the tow truck company in the community and I have lived here for 3
