Autoglass Masters

This was my first time using Autoglass Masters. My car was broken into and I needed to replace a window that got knocked out. They told me to come right down after they quoted me. When I went down there, the job ended up being a little more complicated than they expected, but they didn't change the quote price. The guy got the job done as quickly as possible and they gave great customer service. more

I have been a customer of Autoglass Masters for 20 years and they've worked on most of my cars. I seem to be a magnet for rocks on the freeway! I couldn't be happier with Bill. I've always had a very, very positive experience with them. Everything has been good and easy. You can get people to come out to your house to do the work but because I prefer the service over there I don't mind driving out there to get it done. more

Number one, Autoglass Masters did a great job! It was my first time using them, and they gave me all the information I needed. I wanted factory products in my car, and they made sure they were available to me. They worked with the insurance company, and they made everything happen on time. I got everything I expected and then some! They are professional and experienced in their field. Bill, the owner, has been doing this for a long time. Bill is the sweetest guy I have ever met. He ordered my glass right away and told me he would finish the job within 2hours. He not only delivered in terms of the time but he also gave me helpful safety tips. As soon as he was finished, I wanted to drive home, but he gave me many reasons as to why I should wait for the glue to dry. So overall, I thought he did great job. more

Bob the owner was so friendly and personable. He was a able to accommodate me on a Saturday which for me is a super plus. He gave me a great price and had me out of the shop in no time. He even made me feel a bit better about my recent break in and provided tips on how to prevent it from happening again. Autoglass Masters replaced the glass on two of our children's vehicles that were vandalized at their respective places of employment. My daughter has a Cabrio and the glass is difficult to get but Bill was able to get it and replace it in one day. Other companies were quoting me longer lead times. My son's Dodge Caravan also had very particular tinting but he was able to match it and replaced the side panel and windshield in one day. They were quite efficient and effective. Bill, especially, was very kind, considerate, upfront about costs, and met the time we requested to get the work done. I had found him in the phone book for the first time with my daughter because it was raining and we really needed the glass put it in quickly but other places were telling us it would take a week. When I needed a replacement for my windshield on my MINI Cooper, I spoke to Bill of Autoglass Masters. He was extremely responsive to the emails I sent him. He answered all of the questions I had, and he let me know a good time to bring my car in. He was very friendly upon my arrival. He explained the process thoroughly and let me know what things might happen. When the job was complete, I asked if I could leave it there an extra day. He said it would be no problem and that he would leave my car covered in their shop. I just picked up my MINI yesterday, and it looks great! The work was cleanly done. There were no extra scratches, weird markings, or anything like that. Bill is definitely a good person to get a windshield replacement from. His prices were fair. Though his charges were a bit more than other places, those places did not have as good a reputation as Autoglass Masters. more
