AutoFair Ford

I approached AutoFair Ford on recommendation from a co-worker after dealing with a few other dealerships that seemed only interested in what's easiest and best for them. I had a situation that required some finesse and someone to look into my situation and understand it rather than just run a credit report and look at the number. Not only did they accommodate me, they built and designed a better deal than I ever thought I could get. \r \r I approached the dealership online and Julie helped get the ball rolling.. She had everything waiting for me then Todd Heasley my sales consultant spent time with me (it was late evening and 21 degrees out).. He didn't rush me a bit, gave me the facts and let me decide. After which Tom Adams in Finance worked his magic. This was an outstanding experience!! I've lived all over the world and bought cars in almost every place and this was by far the best experience I had, and I'm back in a FORD!! more

LIARS LIARS! So sick of being lied to. I came in already pre-approved with certain requirements/preferences on my loan. Before I came to see them, I specifically asked these details over the phone if they were an option, I was told yes definitely they could work with that. Spent over two hours there, and then told unless I pull additional money out of thin air then too bad. When I had questioned them about what they had told me over the phone and tried to back peddle and say we didn't know, and I said to check your contact information, and oh ""we are sorry."" Don't waste your time, money or energy here! more
