AutoFair Ford

I approached AutoFair Ford on recommendation from a co-worker after dealing with a few other dealerships that seemed only interested in what's easiest and best for them. I had a situation that required some finesse and someone to look into my situation and understand it rather than just run a credit report and look at the number. Not only did they accommodate me, they built and designed a better deal than I ever thought I could get. I approached the dealership online and Julie helped get the ball rolling.. She had everything waiting for me then Todd Heasley my sales consultant spent time with me (it was late evening and 21 degrees out).. He didn't rush me a bit, gave me the facts and let me decide. After which Tom Adams in Finance worked his magic. This was an outstanding experience!! I've lived all over the world and bought cars in almost every place and this was by far the best experience I had, and I'm back in a FORD!! more

Here's the scoop: I was in the market for a new Ford Focus Hatchback. I started the search using the Internet and collecting prices from local dealers. I reviewed the responses and selected the best deal out of the list (Grappone Ford). Now to get a better deal... I then contacted the dealers closest to me and asked them if they would beat Grappone's offer. Autofair Ford stepped up and said "yes, we will beat that deal but you have to come in this weekend and meet our sales team". I asked what's your price? They said they would not tell me over the phone but if I came in they guaranteed they would beat it. They added we would not ask you to come in if we were not going to beat Grappone's price because we know that would just get a customer upset. Ok I went in and met Andrew Gosling. I had already selected the Focus I wanted out of their inventory list and asked Andrew to price it. Now fast foward... 1 hour later Andrew is still walking around the Autofair lot like a chicken with it's head cut off trying to find this non-existent car. Finally he comes back in the store and says he can't find the car I want that they list as "in inventory". I express my disappointment and he replies that I'm wasting his time. I get up to leave, but he stops me and says he will get the car I want. OK beat the price. He mumbles and says he has to talk to his manager. Another 10 minutes go by then he returns and shows me the price ($2K over the Grappone price). So, I conclude Autofair is dishonest, incompetent, and hires unprofessional, untrained staff to sell cars. They cannot beat reasonable offers from competitors and basically are a bad dealer. My advice, avoid Autofair Ford, and especially avoid Andrew Gosling. more

This will be my third Hyundai purchased from AutoFair, where the sales people are always courteous. It was my pleasure to be served by such a knowledgeable person as Adam. I heartily recommend working with him, for a refreshing, not overly pushy or aggressive working relationship. more

One of the best Hyundai dealers I’ve found. Autofair Hyundai salesmen won’t hassle or pressure you into doing something you don’t want to. These guys actually listen and address your concerns and will do their best to put you in the vehicle you want even if your credit is not so good. They have tons of used cars in NH you can choose from. If you are in the market check these guys out! more

I had a very unhappy experance at autofair hyundai.the salesman was very nice and so was the( big boss).!! they were very happy to sell me a (lemon).Why? because they could !!. I am an older.lady. no experance.. took there word that the car was in good shape and a good buy.I did not buy the $4000.00 coverage they offered. I said if that car is as good as you tell me it is I don't need one.(ha ha).the jokes on me.I bought it .[[BUYER BEWARE}} you may see me outside of ( Autofair (unfair) Hyundia. With a sign saying what happened to me and my beautyful car.!!!like the policeman would like to tell all the woman shut the windows and lock them at night to protect them. I was very interested in the new Equus. Researching online, i came across a very informative review on Autofair's website. I could even look at the inventory they had! The only downside is they did not have the color i wanted. When that color came in, I was welcomed down to the dealership for a test drive, and they answered all of my questions. In the end i drove away in a new Equus..and it cant get any better than that! more

This dealership is by far the best dealership I have been to. From the finance managers all the way to the sales reps the process was easy and fast. I had the pleasure of dealing with Doug Johnson. Doug made the process easy and fun. What impressed me the most about Doug is that he pays attention to the little details that other sales people would over look. Doug went out of his way to make sure that my family and myself were comfortable and taken care of even after the purchase was made. I purchased a new 2009 Hyundai Elantra because of the style, the comfortable yet sportiness of it, how good it is in the snow, which is very important in NH and the economics of it plus gas mileage. Doug was super friendly and fun to work with, he made my experience a great one and since it was my first time buying a car it could have been very overwhelming and scary but Doug put me at ease, he helped me find the right car for me and I love it. Doug Johnson goes above and beyond the call of duty. I purchased a new Sanfa Fe and has a small issue after having a moon roof installed. The company that Autofair used to install the roof stained my seats. This was no fault of Autofairs mind you. Doug worked very hard with Autofair to have my seats replaced at no cost to me. I can not tell you how happy I am. I would highly recommend Doug for all your sales needs. I have never had a sales person that worked with me to get to the numbers I wanted not the numbers they said I could afford. I will go to Doug for my next Santa Fe. I love my Santa Fe this is number 2. You can't go wrong with Hyundai and Doug Johnson! more
